Né le 8 juin 1883 à Angoulême (Charente), France.
Mort le 21 septembre 1935 à Menton (Alpes-Maritimes), France.

XXe siècle. Français. Dessinateur, illustrateur, décorateur.

Pendant la guerre de 1914-1918, il publia le périodique Le Mot avec Dufy, Sem, Cocteau, Lhote et autres. En 1906, il crée puis, au début des années trente, recrée le journal satirique Le Témoin, s'attaquant dès 1931 au bolchévisme et à Hitler. Caricaturiste, il a également réalisé des bijoux, tissus, papiers peints, ainsi que des décors et costumes de théâtre et a mis en scène trois films comiques.
