Vadasz, Miklos or Nikolaus
Born in Budapest, 1884; died in Paris, 1927.
Painter, pastel portraitist, printmaker, and draftsman.
A Hungarian, Vadasz contributed to various French, German and English magazines, and finally moved to Paris in 1919. Vadasy illustrated Benjamin Rozes by Léon Hen-nique. His work appears at the National Gallery in Budapest.
