Born 1878 (probably at Alencon, of a Peruvian father, though one source calls him Spanish); died at Rennes, 1918, of a war wound.
Flores contributed to Le Rire (1898-1914), Le Journal, Le Sourire, Le Cri de Paris and other periodicals, as well as to L'Assiette au Beurre, with his first full-fledged contribution appearing in the adulterated-milk issue, No. 46 Feb. 1902.
Additionally Flores illustrated various society portraits and a few books including Jean Richepin’s “La Chanson des Gueux”
