Born on December 23rd 1885 in Paris.
Died: 1964
20th C. French Painter, Engraver and Illustrator. He exhibited at the Salons des Artistes Indépendants and the Salons d'Automn after 1907.
Brissaud illustrated the works of a great many authors, of which:

Brissaud also illustrated an album entitle "Vieilles chansons pour les cœurs" (Old Songs For The Sensitive Hearts)
Working for La Gazette du Bon Ton, Pierre Brissaud created pochoirs presenting interiors and fashions fo the fashionable for bars, the restaurants, the racecourses, etc.
The oeuvre of Brissaud, is an elegant calculation with the interpretation and wit of a certain contemporary dandyism.
